Holy Doors (Nov 19, 2016)

Pope Francis proclaimed this liturgical year as the Year of Mercy. On December 8, 2015 he ritually opened the Holy Door of Mercy in St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, Italy.  Several churches in the Archdiocese of Toronto have been designated to open their “Holy Doors”.  Walking through the Holy Doors during a Jubilee Year is one of the conditions for receiving Jubilee Indulgence.

St. Agnes Tsao Catholic Church organized a day trip to visit several Holy Doors in downtown Toronto.  A group of our members participated in this day trip.
