SFCCAAON's Participation in Carefirst Charity Walk (August 2022)

Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association ("Carefirst") held an annual charity walk 耆暉慈善步行 on Saturday, August 13, 2022. It was a walk around Carefirst Building at 300 Silver Star Blvd., Scarborough. The last day for donation was August 31, 2022. All proceeds raised from the walk will support Carefirst's Capital Campaign project - Carefirst Campus of Care.

SFCCAAON participated under the team name "SFCC Alumnae", with a fundraising goal of $1,500.

SFCCAAON Committee members participated in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon 5K virtual walk to raise funds for Fountain of Love and Life (生命恩泉), a Catholic multi-media evangelization ministry.

SFCC School Historical Archive

The final phase of our school rebuilding will be accomplished in the first quarter of 2018. There will be a School Archive Room (the Archive) in the new school building to store school archives -- a comprehensive historical records of our school from her establishment in 1869 to the present.

Our school is calling upon her past students and friends to donate artifacts and historical materials relating to our school for the Archive.  A School Archive Team, chaired by Nancy Woo with the support of a number of devoted past students, has been set up to support the preparation of the Archive. Also, a briefing was held at school on August 26, 2017 at our school to provide details on the artifacts and materials to be collected for the Archive.
